When I told him how I really felt, he told me I needed to change. He told me I was too young. That I didn't know what love was. That it was over. He said "He doesn't care about you! He doesn't care one way or another! You aren't important to him at all! But that wasn't true. None of it. I knew it wasn't. Deep down, I think he knows that too. That's what confuses me. What's the harm being done? How am I going to "ruin my future" as they say or "lower my self-esteem?" There is no way. Maybe I was wrong. Maybe we were wrong. But how long must a person pay for a mistake? How many good deeds does a person have to do to cancel one bad deed? How many times do they have to say "I'm sorry" or "Please forgive me!" before actually being forgiven? Does one mistake justify a person? Does one bad deed or one big mistake define the type of person someone is or has the potential to be? If that is the case, every person on this earth is considered a bad person. Every person whose hurt someone, or made a bad decision, or lied is a bad, unruly, cruel individual who will never be forgiven and can never be given a second chance. What kind of world what this be? What kind of life would a person have? How can you judge and criticize someone else for doing something wrong, when everyone does wrong. No one is perfect. Everyone does bad. Everyone has lied. Many have killed. Many have stolen. A lot of hid things. But does that make them all bad people? What if they have asked for forgiveness? Maybe they have learned their lesson. But how will we ever know if we nee give out second chances. Mistakes are going to be made until the end of time and there is nothing anyone in this world can do about it, but we ALL have the option of forgiving! Just keep in mind, forgiveness is not just an option or a choice you have. Forgiveness is A REQUIREMENT!

Introductory Paragraph (Power) - The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks

Abraham Lincoln once said "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." This means although all men can handle some hardship or struggle, too tell if a man has true character, give them power and see what follows. This is right because regardless of how much bad happens to a person, that doesn't define their character. This can be clearly seen in in Nicholas Spark's novel The Notebook. Noah shows that his hardship doesn't defeat him and his true character when he continues to try and help Allie remember, being there for Allie after she broke his heart, and staying by Allie's side despite the disrespect and mistreatment of her parents.

The Notebook By:Nicholas Sparks

The Notebook is a novel written by Nicholas Sparks. So far its about a man in a nursing home who has lived a very boring life. He has been doing the same thing every day for several years. He has a notebook that he reads to a woman in his nursing home even though she forgets every day. I predict that throughout the novel, she will finally remember him and the story. I also predict they will end up together. Love Stories tend to show how strong the power of love can be. It reveals that sometimes no matter how hard things are, love can overcome them. I hope that this novel reveals all of this and more. I'm very excited to read and see !

The Hero

I really enjoyed this quote. It explains how a person doesn't  necessarily have to be famous to be important and I agree 100%. I believe people are special and I don't think anyone is more special then anyone else. This is the prefect example of my Grandmother. She is my hero. She isn't rich. She isn't famous. But she's the best person I know. She lives in Dalton. She is a retired school teacher. She teaches Wednesday night bible study. She doesn't live in a mansion or have all the money in the world. She s the best person I know . She is the voice of reason and always fair. She would do anything to help someone in need and that makes her a hero to me. My Nana is an amazing woman and being ordinary the way she is amazing as well !

Love On The Water

Mary Alice wandered down the beach front, the warm Florida sand between her toes. The ocean was so beautiful. It stared right back at her, looking at her and smiling too. her boyfriend Santiago, walked right beside her, clinching her and tight. Even though the beautiful eight carrot engagement ring was burning a hole in his pockets, staring at her kept him as cool as a cucumber. Her bright blue eyes matched the water and that long, flowing, curly hair matched the sand. She was gorgeous. The most beautiful thing he had ever seen. Ampy, Santiago's brother had given him a great pep talk before the date. He kept remember what Ampy said. "Look her in her eyes and hold her hand and tell her how you feel. All that lovey dovey crap. Then go in for the kill! It will work like magic!" Santiago's phone vibrated. It was a text from Ampy. "How well did my plan work :)?" Too afraid that they had been walking down the beach for nearly an hour and he still had not asked, he locked his phone and put it in his pocket. "Do it! Do it! " he pressured himself. He looked at her beautiful face as she stared into the ocean and her smile gave him the push he needed. He stopped. She stopped too. He wrapped his arms around her waist and held her as they watched the sun go down. "Mary?" "Yes babe?" "I need to....OH MY GOSH!!!" A chameleon snuck up on the right side of his foot. He backed away pulling Mary Alice! "Honey, calm down. Nothing but a cute lizard! She grabbed the lizard and stared at it's horribly petrified face! "Put that vicious thing down before it poisons you ! "Santiago, relax. It's not poison." Letting the lizard go, se smiled at Santiago! "How is a big strong man like you afraid of something so innocent?" "That thing had evil in his eyes!" Standing in front of him once again, he cleared his throat and tried once more. He walked around to the front of her. "Babe, I love you. I want to be with you for the rest of my life and I mean that. I want to be with from now 2027 until the end of time." He sank his knee into the sand. She gasped and covered her mouth! He let out a deep breath. "Will you ..?" "YES!!!!" Cutting him off, she pulled him from the ground a hugged until he could not breathe anymore !
